To configure your Featured Post Section, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize> Blog Homepage>Featured Posts.

In Blog Homepage, you can find different options and for Featured Posts click on option which will take you to controls of featured posts.

In Featured Post You can find disable section option which will help to enable and disable whole section.

 Section Title will help to edit title of the section as per need. There is title typography which will help to change section title typography.
