To configure your Highlighted Post Section, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize> Blog Homepage>Highlighted Posts.

In Blog Homepage, you can find different options and for Highlighted Posts click on option which will take you to controls of Highlighted posts.

In Highlighted Post You can find disable section from homepage option which will help to enable and disable whole section.

 Section Title will help to edit title of the section as per need. There is title typography which will help to change section title typography.
