To configure your elements of Single Post, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize> Single Post.

In Single Post, you can find controls where enable and disable post title form all posts.

You can choose the title position as per need. Featured images can also be enabled and disabled from all the pages with respective image sizes.

Author title can also be changed as per required.
