To configure your Latest Post Section, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize> Blog Homepage>Latest Posts.

In Blog Homepage, you can find different options and for Latest Posts click on option which will take you to controls of Latest posts.

In Latest Post You can find disable section from homepage option which will help to enable and disable whole section from home page.

 Section Title will help to edit title of the section as per need. There is title typography which will help to change section title typography.
